John Longshore can be heard every weekday morning 7-10am on "Sportsline" with his co-host Barry McKnight. John's been an avid participant and critic of sports since his days as a member of Charles Lee's storied Jeff Davis High School Teams of the early 80's. Disappointed that a scholarship offer did not come his way (not much need for a clip board holder) John headed up highway 82 to the University of Alabama.
Veteran radio and TV personality, McKnight's career began in 1985, and has encompassed every facet of radio, as well as over three years as lead TV play-by-play broadcaster.
