South Carolina QB Zeb Noland has knee surgery, expected back Nov. 6

South Carolina quarterback Zeb Noland is expected to play Nov. 6 against Florida, despite undergoing surgery Tuesday for a meniscus tear in his right knee.The Gamecocks have a bye this weekend.Coach Shane Beamer said Wednesday that Noland’s surgery “went really well.””He’s back in the facility this morning, moving around pretty good, believe it or not, after a procedure like that yesterday,” Beamer said.
